I started this magazine because mental health should be a topic that is openly discussed in society. I believe everyone should be informed about mental health because your mindset, your mentality, that is you. And if you lose track of it, you lose a part of yourself.
I designed the logo, which is still in use today.

Impact on Michigan Community
We filled the need for a publication dedicated solely to mental health.
We are strengthening the mental health community by supporting other orgs and writing about them.
We have created a safe space for our members to share their stories.
We are educating people about mental health and advocating for inclusion of everyone, including those with mental illnesses and mental health struggles.
